Dr. Neeta Mehta is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Dr. Sharad Kothari provides internal medicine and geriatric medicine services. Our services include annual physicals, complete geriatric evaluations, diabetes/high blood pressure/high cholesterol/asthma management, cancer screenings, complete blood work, EKG, flu vaccines, and other vaccinations. Our physicians work closely with patients to formulate appropriate treatment plans to achieve their health goals. We accept major insurance plans and cash payments. Same-day appointments are available.
